Can I try on the pieces and return the ones I don't want with the courier?
You can't try on the pieces while the courier waits. You will have to pay full price and if you would like an exchange, then contact us. You can refer back to our exchange and return policy.
Can I pay online?
Yes you can pay online through the website with your credit/debit card
Can I reschedule the time of delivery or cancel with the courier?
When the courier calls for the first time, you can reschedule for 3 days maximum. But if the courier makes 3 delivery attempts with no response, the order can't be rescheduled and will be automatically cancelled. If you would like us to ship it out again after canceling, you will have to pay online for your next order in addition to double the shipping fees
Can I order two sizes to choose from?
No, you can't order two sizes to choose from. You can refer to our size chart or ask us for assistance. We will be more than happy to help.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders take 3-7 business days to receive your order.
